Perfect players: Hold Left + Square + Circle + Select at the player rating screen to create players with 100% in each stat. Super All-Star difficulty: Enter the game options menu and highlight the difficulty selection. Press L1, R1, L2, R2. The "Super All-Star Difficulty" selection will appear. Extra options: Press L1, X(2), L1, X, Square, R1, X, Square, R1, Circle at the options menu. Then, hold Up/Right + Triangle + Square. A new "Game Rules" selection with fouls, foul outs, backcourt, out of bounds, fatigue, three second clock, and other options will appear. All-Star teams: Select exhibition mode.
